Independent comparison site uses Oracle Siebel and Oracle Service Cloud next to each other to further optimize customer experience.

The Dutch comparison site Independer uses Oracle Service Cloud for its new service for comparing energy providers. This cloud solution supports in the field of web, social networks and contact centers. Independer uses the Oracle Service Cloud in combination with Oracle Siebel, which as an on-premise platform is deployed. This makes Independer able to further optimize the offered customer experience.

Independer and Oracle partner WeSquare implemented Oracle Service Cloud in the autumn of 2014 in several weeks. Thanks to the platform in December 2014 alone more than a thousand visitors found a new energy supplier.

With the new hybrid Oracle Customer Experience Applications environment Independer benefits on the one hand, of its investments in Siebel technology, where it works with for years, and, on the other hand, the use of Oracle Service Cloud that is distinguished by a very extensive knowledge-base and self service options for clients of Independer. The company now works together with WeSquare and Oracle to further shape a unified architecture, where the two Oracle solutions help create one complete customer view.
